Recruiting Process

PotomacWave’s robust recruiting process ensures active engagement with each future employee from initial application through your first day as a member of our team. With the help of iCIMS—our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)—candidates can submit their resumes and cover letters, check on the status of an application, and sign up for future job notifications that align with their background and career goals!

  • Our recruiting team will assess applicants and schedule a phone screening with candidates who match the criteria.
  • During the phone screening we will explain who we are, the culture of our company and discuss your career goals, and the career opportunity.
  • Interested and qualified candidates will be scheduled to speak with Hiring Managers to learn more about the opportunity.
  • If mutually beneficial to both the candidate and hiring manager, our recruiting team will extend an offer to join the PotomacWave Team.

Employee Referral Program

PotomacWave Consulting has created an employee referral program for current employees who refer qualified candidates for vacancies. The company will pay a referral bonus for each full-time exempt hire. The referring employee will receive a specific amount based off entry-level and mid/senior level positions. All positions are applicable!

PotomacWave Outreach Program (P.O.P.)

The PotomacWave Outreach Program, better known as P.O.P., implements a key corporate tenet – the principle of sustained energy – via outreach to surrounding communities in need. P.O.P. is a voluntary, employee-led and -staffed outreach program, that encourages PotomacWave employees to boldly challenge the status quo and take community outreach to new heights.
